| This is a 9 meter Vertex antenna we installed for Celcom Communications in Malaysia. I really liked this installation best out of all the installs we did in Malaysia. We spent two months in Malaysia, and installed four systems during that period. I returned later on a separate occasion and installed a fifth system. All of them were almost identical. Kota Kinabalu ended up being my favorite because it was the only installation I was allowed to do on my own without the project manager over seeing the job. I had no time frame or deadline on this one, and I took my time and it came out very nice. The surface and alignment of the reflector was almost perfect! I am really proud of this one. The Malaysian Celcom Communications crew I had on this job was awesome. Most of them had already worked with me in Kuching, Malaysia. I really like Malaysia and the Malaysian people. Malaysian people work very hard and are very easy to get along with. I really enjoyed my work there, and I am looking forward to working in Malaysia again. The people are very kind. I miss my Malaysian friends there. |
